Privacy Policy
This site collects very little, and uses it for one thing: to get back to you. We don't sell data to anyone, and we don't use your data to train models.
What we collect
When you fill out the diagnostic form: your business name, website, city, email, and any competitors you list.
We also store the language you were browsing in, whatever you typed into the homepage simulator, and where you came from. Plus a hashed value derived from your IP address — not the address itself — to detect form abuse.
We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
What we use it for
To prepare your diagnostic and reply to you. That's it.
If you write to us or hire us, we use your email for service communication. If you decide not to continue, we stop emailing you the moment you say so.
Who we share it with
Nobody, apart from the providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database). Both act on our behalf and use your data for nothing else.
We never sell, rent or trade data for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't turn into engagements are deleted after 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus whatever tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us and we'll do it within 30 days.
If you're in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, including the right to know whether we sell your information. We do not.
Security
Data is stored in a database with row-level access restrictions: no browser query can read it. Only the server can write to it.
